For monthly/unlimited users, you will be charged once per pay period. You can use the site as much or as little as you like, and always be charged a flat rate fee.
For older, daily-usage based plans, this is different. A usage fee is associated with actually placing an order or sending a file:
- Sending an Order, cart or File. Clicking the "Send" or "Place Order" buttons on an order form or cart, whether or not any data has been filled in or any files have been attached, or
- Viewing the Order Details. Accessing the "Job Details" page by your prospects, customers, you or your staff, or
- Storing Files. Storage of job files sent to your MyOrderDesk site by your prospects, customers, you or your staff.
- Proofs. When using the Proofs feature, any files not stored in the file library will constitute as "storing files" and your daily rate will be triggered. Additionally, if a user accepts/rejects a proof, the daily rate will be triggered for that day.
