Icons or InLine Graphics Missing after Import Follow

Overview

After importing your design into Customers Canvas Designer Back Office you notice Icons or InLine Graphics are missing. 

How It Works

There is a quick and simple way to fix this import issue.

Step 1. Open your file, and navigate to the area with the missing Icons/InLine Graphics

Step 2. In your InDesign/Photoshop file select and ungroup the items/text if grouped.

Step 3. Once you have ungrouped these items select the Icons/InLine Graphics and "cut" them out of the line.  They need to be completely separated from the other text or images.

Step 4. Save your file as an .imdl and upload it into Back Office as normal.

Step 5. Once it has been uploaded open the file and move the "cut" Icons/InLine Graphics back into position. 

Step 6. Save your file. Verify the Icons/InLoine Graphics are working Properly in MOD.
