Looking at the image below, you’ll see Job Data for the test Job that we sent in as the Test user in an earlier step. You can click on the JobID (“Job 4930644”) or click the Project Name (Test User's Cart) to view more details about the Job.

The “1 File(s)” box tells you how many files are attached to this Job. To download the file you can either click into the Job and use the Files/Proof tab OR check the checkbox next to the job, and select the option from the "For Checked Jobs" dropdown menu. Note: For Customer's Canvas and Print UI files, you must select into the Job Detail and download or delete files from the Files/Proofs tab. This is because the files are coming from the integrated 3rd party.
When your customer is viewing their Jobs they are able to select the Email icon to send you and your team a message. By default the email will be sent to the Site Owner Email. If you've set up an alternate email in Site Settings > Options > Shop Email Notifications, the email will be sent to that email instead.
TIP: Once a Job is received, the standard process is to download the file, then delete the file and lock the Job so that no changes can be made by the end-user. You can lock a Job by going into the Job details and clicking Lock Job. Optionally, you can use the Control Center by marking the checkbox above the “1 File(s)” box, and then clicking the “Delete Files / Lock Job” link in the Control Center below.
