DocMart Kitting Integration with Printer's Plan Template Follow
Overview
The Kitting feature included with DocMart, in MyOrderDesk, is a valuable tool for packaging multiple items within one purchase item. In addition to this, the MOD order can easily be transferred into Printer's Plan accurately.
How It Works
Transfers the order quantity of a DocMart Kit, along with the number of each product to be produced per kit.
Key Points
Full extent usage: Using the Kitting feature in this manner creates another case scenario for the Web2Plan integration.
Accuracy: Successfully sends pricing and production quantity to Printer's Plan WebOrders.

1. Start by creating the Printer's Plan Template for the multiple-item kit.
Item 1.1 should be the name of the Kit (MOD will change the name of this item by default from any Item Description you designate). Consecutive Items can describe the actual items.
2. The Kit Order Form from MOD will control the "Quantity" of Kits desired, transferring that as the quantity into PP. The quantity of actual items desired will be designated by "Sheets/Set" - this item would yield 1 set of 5 Banners.
3. Proceeding to MyOrderDesk, we can view the banner catalog. In this catalog, we can see the Banner Kit along with all of the available Banners to include in the Kit.
4. Selecting the Banner Kit shows its Order Form.
5. Click the edit pencil to display the DocMart Settings Pop-up.
6. Enter the PP Template ID / Click "Enable Kit" / Search for preferred items to include and Add each / Enter the "Sheets/Set" from PP Template Sub-items / Scroll to the bottom of the page and Save / Close DocMart Settings Pop-up window
7. Enter the quantity of Kits to order.
8. Click "Add to Cart" and continue processing the order.
9. When confirmed, review the "WebOrder" that was transferred into Printer's Plan.
