Changing and Resetting webmail passwords
If the password has been forgotten, the account administrator must log in and reset the password using the Web Admin link in the upper right hand corner of the webmail website. If the administrator is unable access the account a ticket must be created to reset the password.
1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://webmail.myorderdesk.com
2. Log in with your email address and password.
3. Click on Preferences in the lower left hand column
4. On the User Settings tab type your new password twice. Don't forget to press SAVE!
