Superscripting must happen inside the linking tab of a Textflow field, not the Textflow Designer tab.
Using the textrise and fontsize commands you can manipulate the percentage at which the baseline starts and the size of the font. We enable the super scripting and then disable it so the rest of the test stays normal.
In the example below {Superscipt} is the field name of the EzMErge field you want to be affected.
