This article explains how to set up a Remote App connection to your Cloud-Hosted Printer's Plan.

Written Tutorial - Setting up new connections

1. From your search bar type in remoteapp to find the RemoteApp and Desktop Connections option.

2. In the RemoteApp and Desktop Connections window click on the Access RemoteApp and desktops link.

 

3. In the Access RemoteApp and desktops window enter the following address is the URL field: https://printersplan.printreach.com/RDWeb/Feed/webfeed.aspx and click Next.

 

4. The following window will appear, click Next.

 

5. In the Windows Security window enter your credentials and click OK. Make sure that Plan is set as the Domain.

 

6. Your resources are added, click Finish.

 

7. In the RemoteApp and Desktop Connections window click View Resources.

 

8. In the Resources window you can drag and drop the Printer’s Plan icon to create a shortcut on your Desktop.

 

9. Additionally, you have a new Group showing up in your Start Menu named Work Resources (RADC). You can access your remote desktops and applications via these remote resources in your Start Menu. We recommend making shortcuts to these on your desktop or start bar.

 

Removing Old Connections

1. From your search bar type in remoteapp to find the RemoteApp and Desktop Connections option.

 

2. Select the "Remove" option for your Printer's Plan connection. Don't forget to delete any shortcuts and remake the RemoteApp connection nu following the steps above.

 

Connecting to Printer's Plan and Remote Resources Via Web Browser.

If you prefer to access Printer's Plan via a Web browser you may use the following link: 
https://printersplan.printreach.com/RDWeb/webclient/

 

In the Sign in window enter your credentials and click OK. Make sure that Plan\ precedes your username.

 

 

You can now access Printer's Plan and other Work Resources by clicking the respective icon, In the Upper Right corner is also a drop down menu which has the option to change your password or sign out.
