All Inventory Pulled for an Order Shows in Order Inventory Tab

Midnight allows for assigning an Inventory Pull with an Order #. Traditionally, if the inventory is not assigned to the Order with a Quantity Needed the inventory has not shown in the Inventory Tab of the Order. Midnight will now show that inventory with the Order Pull Quantity recorded from the Warehouse transaction. The Quantity Needed will remain 0 as it was not explicitly assigned to the order. The Overages tab will show the amount used that was not expected for the Order.

Option to Clear Reserved Inventory When Order is Closed

In Global Settings - Estimates/Orders we have added a setting to "Automatically Clear Reserved Inventory on Order Close". In a case where the Quantity Pulled is less than the Quantity Needed Midnight can now clear the Reserved Quantity at Order Close. Prior to this setting, if there was an outstanding Reserved Quantity at the time the Order is closed, there would be no way to deduct this without changing the Quantity Needed on the Order. This would show an inaccurate Reserved Quantity across the Inventory across the entire Warehouse. This option is not enabled by default.

Support for Saving ACH to Wallet in Manual Payment Screen

In the Manual Payment Screen you can now select to Save ACH and make it the Default when adding a new ACH Payment. This is consistent with the current feature for Credit Card Payments.

New Standard Report - Customer Contact Export Report

Midnight now allows you to export your Customer Contacts. Go to Reports View > Midnight Reports >  Customer Reports > Customer Contacts Export Report.

You will be given an option of how you would like to save your file.

New Standard Report - Customer Details Export Report

Midnight now allows you to export your Customer Details. Go to Reports View > Midnight Reports >  Customer Reports > Customer Details Export Report.

You will be given an option of how you would like to save your file.

Reports — Print, Download PDF, and Export to CSV without Loading the Report Viewer

A new time saving feature has been added to reports. Now when you select a report, you can choose to Print, Download it to PDF, or Export a CSV file without having to first preview the report and make one of those selections in the View Report mode. 

New Procedure for Saving Report Files to Excel Format

From the drop down menu select Save to Microsoft Excel, open Export Settings, from drop down Bands Filter select desired filter and uncheck Export Object Formatting.
