Hourly Rate field added to Machines

The machine setup now has an hourly rate field that can be used in future job costing reports.

Midnight Payments Credit Changes

The credit functionality has been updated so that now credit is added back of funds onto the payment record it came from effectively creating positive escrow funds. This solves issues we were having in the previous credit functionality with double funds allocation and partially paid orders.

Check Number field added to Check Payment Type in Midnight Payments

Multi Job Payment Selector in Midnight Payments

A user can now select multiple orders easily when creating a payment for more than one order. The previous dropdown has been replaced by a Select Order link.
