How to Upload And Manage Logo Files to Cloud-Hosted Printer's Plan
This guide will explain how to upload your logo files to your cloud-hosted Printer's Plan. This process requires "Microsoft Remoteapp" access to Cloud-Hosted Printer's Plan, which allows you to manage server files directly.
Step 1: Set Up Remote App Access
To upload logo files, you need to configure Remote App access on your workstation. If you haven't set this up yet, follow the instructions in our Workstation Setup article. Remote App is included with Windows, so no additional downloads are necessary.
Step 2: Access the File Explorer on the Cloud Server

Navigate to Your Organizational Directory
- In the File Explorer, find and click on the folder named after your organization. This directory contains your Printer's Plan files.
Step 3: Prepare Your Logo Files
Your logo files must meet specific criteria to be used in Printer's Plan:
- Dimensions: 4.25 inches by 1.75 inches.
- Resolution: 300 pixels per inch.

- Adjusting Logo Appearance: Any adjustments to the logo's size, padding, or quality must be made to the logo file itself. Printer's Plan does not have controls to change how your logo appears.
