Cloud-Hosted Printer's Plan Web Access Method Features Follow
This article outlines the features and resources available in the web browser access method.
Cloud-Hosted Printer's Plan is accessed via the URL printersplan.printreach.com using your login credentials provided to you by Print Reach Software.

- Highlighted in the red oval is the 'Work Resources' available to your user.

Work Resources
- Explorer: A file directory browser with a shortcut to your installation of Printer's Plan including the primary database and installation files.
- Printer's Plan: The software Printer's Plan being run through a web browser via a virtual Microsoft Windows environment.
User Access Controls
- Expand: Expands the window to full screen. This maximizes the screen-space potential of Printer's Plan.
- Settings: This opens a sub-menu of additional features and options.
- More Options: Explores additional help topics and information.
- User Controls: Represented by the first letter of your login in a circle. This sub-menu allows you to either change your password or log out.
Explorer Controls
The Explorer work resource will add additional user controls in the user controls bar.

- Upload File: Allows a file to be uploaded to the directory: "This PC\Remote Desktop Virtual Drive on RDWebClient"
- Unpin Navigation Bar: This option hides the user controls bar at the top of the browser tab.
Printer's Plan Controls
When clicking 'Print Now' Printer's Plan will download the PDF file locally on your computer. Note the file may be renamed in this process.

User Controls

Highlighted in the red rectangle above are the 'Settings' options that appear when the gear icon is clicked.
- Help Improve Remote Desktop: This is checked to inform Microsoft on errors automatically in order to provide resolutions quickly.
- Resource Launch Method: 'Open Resources In Web Browser' is selected by default. The alternative option 'Download the RDP File' will create a settings file and download to your local workstation. Running the RDP file will initiate Printer's Plan in a RemoteApp access window.
- Display Resolution: 'Enable Native Display Resolution' is disabled by default but can be enabled to assist with screen display resolution inconsistencies.
- Select Remote Keyboard Layout: This option is disallowed by default to be selected. The platform is automatically handling this selection.
- Appearance: This toggle enables 'Dark Mode' which turns black all the natively white screen elements for the browser login.
- Reset All User Settings: This option will revert all customization to default.
Login Controls
Clicking the user initial in the top right-hand side of the browser window will open a flyout window prompting to either:
- Log Out: Logs out of the platform for your user. You will be asked to login again
- Change User Password: Change the default login credentials by entering the current password and the desired new password.
Troubleshooting
Not all web browsers are supported. If your web browser experiences any issues displaying information or logging in, try another web browser.
Printing will download PDF files named as remote downloads. The RemoteApp connection helps address this by creating a connection to your workstation and accessing printers directly. Instead of 'Remote Print Job' you will see 'Invoice 12345'.
This article explains the features available within the web access point however it is not common to use some of these features. The web access point provides features available within the Windows OS using remote resource hosting. If you require a stronger integration with your local resources, alternatively the Microsoft RemoteApp can be sued on Windows machines and the Windows App on Mac. This RemoteApp access method can assist with improving workflows such as file exporting, printing, and file management.
