All New and Updated Reports - Update 4 Follow

In our last three releases, we provided you with new and updated reports for Midnight. We are continuing this effort with the fourth update. This release will feature 14 Sales Reports (note that the Sales report type object now only includes closed orders), three of which are new. Additionally, a new report type object, "Status / Price Reports," includes 21 reports, of which nine are new. We are also introducing two new Accounting Reports and one new Warehouse Report. Please refer to the chart below for more details.

New Reports:

• Accounting: Invoices Report (Paid) – Displays closed, fully paid orders with detailed breakdowns of Postage, Tax, and Services.
• Accounting: Invoices Report (Unpaid) – Shows closed orders with outstanding balances, with breakdowns of Postage, Tax, Services, and Balance Due.
• Employee: Security: Roles and Permissions -demonstrates which users can access specific areas in Midnight. 
• OneSource: Committed Jobs – Tailored for customers using OneSource Tax.
• OneSource: Failed Commits Report – Tailored for customers using OneSource Tax.
• OneSource: Log by State and Commodity Code – Tailored for customers using OneSource Tax.
• Sales: CSR Report – Displays closed orders, searchable by CSR.
• Sales: Customer + Contact + Service Report – Lists closed orders with order contact information.
• Sales: Yearly by Customer Report – Summarizes monthly sales by customer for the selected year.
• Delivery: Status Report – A daily tracker for pickups and deliveries.
• Estimates: Open and Closed by Date Range – Lists estimates and their statuses.
• Estimates: Open by CSR Report – Searchable by CSR for estimates.
• Estimates: Status Summary – Lists all estimates by status.
• Orders: Open and Closed by Date Range – Lists all orders by date range, including order and closed dates.
• Proof: Status Report – Lists all proofs and their statuses.
• Sales: Customer Has Not Ordered in Last 60 Days – Identifies customers without orders in the last 60 days.
• Sales: Customer’s Last Closed Date – Displays the last closed date for customers within a date range.
• Sales: Top Ten Sales and Categories – Our first pie chart report that shows the Top Ten in categories such as customers, sales reps, CSRs, departments, industries, and customer sources.
• Item: Inventory Tag (4.25 x 5.5 – 4 Up) – Provides warehouse inventory tags, with the ability to print four per sheet on an 8.5 x 11 page.

Updated Report: Accounting: Tax Jurisdiction Report – This report now excludes on-hold or inactive orders.
