When trying to update your Shipping Label documents, you should edit them in a specific view in order to maintain the macros recorded.
How you should edit a shipping label.
Open Printer’s Plan and create a shipping label as you normally would.
*At this point, you may need to locate your data source. This is typically found in Printer’s Plan folder on your network but may be found locally in your local Printer’s Plan folder as well. The file is called Shippinglabel.txt
When you get to the screen that shows the template (The filled in label may also be showing. Close the shipping label with customer information without saving. ), here you can edit the label formatting or add and remove fields.
In Microsoft Word, you can view the fields that can be used by selecting Mailings > Insert Mail Fields.

Once you have the document formatted as desired, you can test the functionality by selecting Preview Results.
