Special Reports Follow

Overview

The special reports section of Printer's Plan is for very specific information regarding a customer or your company.

Activities of My Company: This section shows a breakdown of lots of aspects of the company. Payment summary, service summary, invoices paid, and job received are some examples.

Activities of Customer No: This section allows you to input a customer number and receive all data relevant to you and that customer. It shows what jobs they have ordered and when they have paid your company.

Quotes Won/Lost: This section shows the quotes that have been pushed into orders. In order for a quote to count in this section, it has to be copied and pasted as an order.

Missing/Duplicate Jobs: This is a useful report that shows you if you have missing or duplicate job numbers. If you purposefully change the job number to something else, it will have an error of the ones you are missing. For example, if you want to start at job 500, and the last job you entered was 100. When job 500 is created, it will show you are missing jobs 101-499.
