This article covers the process you will use when you need to change the password of your Cloud Hosted Printer's Plan login.
If you know the current password:
If you have access to the original password you can change it yourself by going to https://printersplan.printreach.com/RDWeb/Pages/en-US/password.aspx which will take you straight to the password reset page.
You can also find this link by looking at the top right while logged in you can click the person icon in the upper right corner, then select 'Change Password'
If you do NOT know the password:
You will need to contact the Print Reach Support Team at email@example.com and request a password reset for the user. Please provide the username and your Printer's Plan customer number located in the Home Tab > My Company.
