Batch Order Reporting
As part of the customer-voted enhancements from last year’s Reach on the Beach, we're excited to introduce the new Batch Reporting feature! You can now generate multiple order reports at once. Select your orders and report template, and choose your Report format (PDF or CSV). Give your batch a name and let the system do the work. Once the batch is complete, you'll receive a notification and be able to download your reports. This new feature will save you valuable time and effort in managing your order reports. This feature will be available to everyone in the June release. If you would like to beta test the new feature before then, please let us know! Some of the highlights:

Select a group of Orders:
Open the Batch Activities menu to generate a batch order:
Midnight will respond with a visual notification of a completed batch:
View the batch Activity Details to see the individual and combined files:

Use Invoicing "Save and Pay" with the Midnight Payment Screen
The Midnight Payment Screen Integration has been updated. When creating an invoice from the Midnight accounting or order invoicing tabs, selecting "save and pay" will now launch the Midnight payment screen directly. This streamlines the payment process, allowing you to utilize various Midnight payment methods without extra steps. This change does not affect invoice creation from PRC, where saving and paying will continue to use Print Reach Pay.
Email Requests for Earmarked Funds Now Reflected in Orders
We’ve enhanced the earmarked payment workflow to improve transparency and tracking. Previously, when users created a payment record with earmarked funds and sent an email payment link, this request was not reflected on the related order. With this update, emailed payment requests for earmarked funds are now automatically recorded within the associated order. This ensures the order clearly shows the requested amount and payment status, streamlining both customer communication and internal visibility.
Show Services and Postage Totals (and tax) separately at the bottom of the Invoice
To support a smoother transition to the new invoicing feature, invoices now mirror the familiar layout used in Stimulsoft reports by displaying subtotals for services and postage at the bottom. The new format includes separate lines for service and postage subtotals, their respective taxes, a grand total, and any paid amounts—making it easier to verify totals and balances due. This update applies to both regular and group billing invoices and ensures consistency across all invoice views, including printing, emailing, and reports.
Email Address on Employee Search Grid
In a future update, we will introduce a new login system that makes accessing Print Reach products simpler, more secure, and future-ready for you and your team. Here’s what to expect:

What You Need to Know:
To prepare for this transition, email addresses will soon replace usernames. Every employee who logs into Midnight or Midnight Apps must have a unique email address associated with their account.
A new Email column has been added to the Admin Settings > Employees grid to assist with this transition. Please use this opportunity to review and clean up existing employee records to ensure compliance with the new requirements.
