New and Updated Midnight Reports - Update 7: May 12, 2025 Follow
In our last six releases, we introduced new and updated reports for Midnight. We're continuing this initiative with the seventh release, which includes:

- Accounting: Commission Report – Based on Commission% (Customer UDF 26) and Paid-In-Full Invoices
- AR: Days Sales Outstanding Report – Calculates the average number of days it takes to collect payment
- CRM: Completed Activities Report – Lists interactions and activities (calls, meetings, emails) completed by sales or customer service teams
- Customer: List (Active Only) Report – Generates a list of currently active customers within the system
- Customer: List (Active Only) with Contacts Report – Generates a list of currently active customers within the system with contacts
- Employee: Daily Time Tracking Detail Report – Displays detailed records of each employee's time logged per task, per day
- Employee: Kiosk Name Badge (3.5x2.25) – Employee name badge with Kiosk barcode
- Employee: Kiosk Name Badge (4x3) – Second size option for employee name badge with Kiosk barcode
- Employee: Time Off Calendar – Visual monthly calendar showing Holidays recorded in Time Records

Reports that will be included in the Final Group, deploying May 19, 2025:

We highly suggest reviewing and deactivating any unused or unwanted reports to keep the reports list organized and to save server space.
IMPORTANT: The deprecation schedule for legacy reports has been completed for Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 3 is scheduled for May 30, 2025. To identify reports slated for deprecation, access the Active Legacy Report Objects report under "Other Reports." If you rely on any of these legacy reports, they must be cloned and recreated as User-Modified reports before the deprecation date specified in the schedule. Please note that simply renaming these reports is insufficient—they must be cloned and fully recreated. Please also note that Phase 1 deprecated Legacy reports will be deleted on May 19, 2025. Phase 2 deprecated Legacy reports will be deleted on June 23, 2025.
Any inactive Custom Reports (not used in the last year) will be deactivated on May 31, 2025.
Here is some helpful information to help you navigate the changes.
There are three new icons added to the original stock (legacy) icon you are already familiar with. This is what they represent:
Stock: Standard Midnight Reports re-designed and updated.
Custom: Implementation/Professional Services Custom Reports. Custom Reports can no longer be edited by anyone but Print Reach staff.
Modified: User Modified Reports.
The various report types will be supported in the following manner:
- Stock and Pro Services Custom Reports will be supported.
- User Modified Reports will not be supported.
