BCC for Payment Receipts

In Global settings>Payments a user can now set a bcc email address for payment receipts. This field is called BCC Payments Email. You can add multiple email addresses by using the ; separator.

Confirmation on Resend Receipt

When the resend receipt button is pressed the user will now receive a confirmation message on screen that the email has been sent.
