Midnight v7.1.4 (2/14/2022) Release Notes Follow
Progress Column Now Available in the Dynamic Job Board Task View
You are likely familiar with the color-coded icons that show up on the ShopFloor TV view. You can now display the Progress icons directly on the Task View of the Dynamic Board Board. The color-coded icons identifies the departments that are included on the order. The icon is greyed out once all tasks in a given department are completed. We also added the icon to the service type tabs, as well.
To add this column to the DJB, first select the Progress column to display.
You can then decide the order in which to place the column, by using the Column Selector.
New API Functionality When Using OrderQuickAdd
Now, when using OrderQuickAdd API Method, if the order you are copying contains Order level UDF values, those values will copy to the newly created order. When an Order UDF meets the following criteria, the data in the UDF should copy to the new order via OrderQuickAdd:
-
UDF is set to Copy (enabled)
-
UDF is Active (enabled)
Print Reach Pay - Surcharge Additions
You now have the option to include the Surcharge on Credit Card and ACH payments.
Print Reach Pay - Customer Name Added to Receipt
The Customer Name has been added to the Print Reach Pay Receipt.
Inventory On Hand and Available Balance Columns
Inside the Print Calculator --> Paper Details tab --> You can now see the On Hand and Available quantities for active inventory items. This will be helpful in determining which paper to select for a print item based on current levels in house.
Pulled Inventory Balance on Order Screen
We have updated the Pulled logic on the Inventory tab of the order screen. Now, when you return, "Add Inventory", and reference the Order #, the quantity Pulled will be updated.
For example:
We pulled a skid of 2,000 for Order 41788 and only used 1,500. We added back the leftover of 500 qty. The Pulled column on the Inventory tab in the order will display the actual pulled amount.
