Renamed CRM Customer "Payment Methods" Tab to Wallet
To provide consistency with Print Reach Pay and industry standards, the Payments Method Tab has been renamed to Wallet.
Added Ability to Store ACH Check Numbers in Customer Wallet
You will now be able to store ACH check payment methods in the Customer Wallet. These can be easily picked for use in Print Reach Payments Manual Payment Screen. Storage of the ACH information will be encrypted and tokenized for security.
Nicknames Added to Payment Methods in the Customer Wallet
The ability to add "nicknames" has been added to payment methods stored in the Customer Wallet. These can be used to find the correct payment method.
Ability to Limit Supported Payment Methods at a Global Level
We have added a setting in the Global Settings - Payments tab to indicate what Payment Methods your business supports. You can choose Credit Card Only, ACH Only or both. The options available on the wallet or in Print Reach Pay will be limited based on this setting.
Ability to Limit Supported Payment Methods for a Customer
At the Customer level you can now limit which payment methods you support. When you send the Customer the Email Payment Link (Pay Now) the default selection will come from this setting.
Ability to Limit Supported Payment Methods when Sending the Payment Link
The email payment link will inherit the setting from the Customer setting. However, if you want to change this setting at the last minute you can. This field is also controllable through security so that the Customer setting cannot be overwritten. When "Credit Card" is selected, your customer will only have the ability to pay with a Credit Card from the emailed PRC Payment screen. If only "ACH" is selected they can only pay with ACH Check.
Or you can choose both and the Customer can decide.
Yellow Partial Payments Indicator
Midnight Payments supports partial payments. This is done by editing the amount billed when emailing a Payment link or taking a Manual Payment. This can assist with several use cases including splitting payments to multiple payment methods. The field will now indicate it is editable with the yellow background.
Print Calculator Column Added to Print Calculator
The Order Inventory grid now has a column to indicate if the item is used in a Print Calculator.
OneSource Nexus Tax Integration Multiple File Support
OneSource Nexus Tax preparation now supports management of multiple tax files as well as a multi file upload dialog.
