Getting Started - On-Premise Customers - Print Reach Pay + Job Link Configuration Follow
To begin using Print Reach Pay and Job Link, your local installation of Printer’s Plan must meet a few technical requirements. These steps ensure a smooth setup, security compliance, and a successful training experience.
1. Printer’s Plan Version
Your Printer’s Plan software and database must be up-to-date. The latest release includes the API that connects Printer’s Plan with Print Reach Pay and Job Link.
If you’re unsure which version you’re on, our Support Team can help you confirm and update it.
2. API Installation
The API enables secure communication between Printer’s Plan and Print Reach Pay/Job Link.
You’ll receive:
- Installation files and setup instructions
Windows 10 is supported, but Windows 11 is recommended for best performance.
Your IT team will need to:
- Install the API service
- Configure your public static IP address
- Whitelist Print Reach server IPs through your router and firewall
Our Support Team will assist with verifying that the API connection and whitelisting are working correctly.
3. SSL & Compliance
Print Reach Pay requires SSL encryption for PCI compliance. Your IT provider should handle SSL certificate setup and validation.
Our Support Team can provide guidance and documentation, but SSL installation and compliance setup are completed by your IT provider.
4. After Setup Is Complete
Once your system meets these requirements, the Implementation Team will:
- Configure Print Reach Pay and Job Link
- Provide hands-on training for your team
- Help you begin processing payments and managing online orders confidently
