Wide Format Quality Setup Follow

The Wide Format Quality Setup screen is used to create and manage the print quality settings available for Wide Format estimating and production.

To access this screen:

1. Click the Admin Settings gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. Expand the Print menu.
3. Select WF Quality Setup.

The WF Quality Setup screen displays all Wide Format Quality records currently configured in the system. These quality settings can be used to represent different print modes, output resolutions, or production quality levels available on your wide format devices.

From this screen, you can add new quality settings, edit existing records, or deactivate qualities that are no longer in use. These quality types are available when configuring wide format products and can be used to influence estimating and production settings within the Wide Format module.

The following fields are available for each Wide Format Run Quality:

• Order: Determines the display order of the run quality within the system.
• Quality Name: The name of the run quality, such as Draft, Production, or High Quality.
• Resolution: The print resolution associated with the run quality.
• Sq Ft/Hr: The production speed of the run quality, measured in square feet per hour.
• Ink Cost / Sq Ft: The estimated ink cost per square foot when this run quality is selected.

Adding a New Run Quality

To add a new run quality, enter the required information into the blank gray row at the bottom of the screen. Once all fields have been completed, click the Save button on the right side of the row to create the new run quality record.

Editing an Existing Run Quality

To modify an existing run quality, click the Edit (pencil) icon located to the right of the record. Update the desired fields and save your changes.

Deleting a Run Quality

To remove a run quality, click the Delete (red X) icon next to the record. When prompted, select OK to confirm the deletion.

Note: Before deleting a run quality, verify that it is not currently being used by any wide format products, estimating templates, or production workflows. Deactivating a run quality may be preferable if historical records need to be preserved.
