Rules for user passwords within Midnight
Midnight requires user passwords to be at least 6 characters long. Both numbers and letters are allowed and the system requires at least one non-alphanumeric character (for example, $ or @).

The minimum number of characters desired for passwords used by your team.
If you wish to force password changes, how many days should a password be valid before a change is required.
If you would like the system to warn users that their password is going to expire, how many days prior to the expiration should they receive the alert.
Once the new structure is set up, you will be able to verify in Admin by clicking the gear in the top-right hand corner of the screen. When is opens, access Global Settings and then click on the Password Rule tab to view your system password settings.
