How to locate an existing order with a customer's purchase order number
When a customer needs to reorder a product or have a similar project completed, but they can only provide the PO number they gave you from the previous job, you can use that to quickly locate the old job. As long as your team references the client purchase order number using the PO field in Midnight on each order, you can use that information during your search.
While on the Order search screen (accessed by clicking Orders under Customer Service), click the Extended Search button (in blue).
To include the client's PO number in your search, enter it into the PO field and then click Submit.
All orders that are associated with that PO number that match your other search criteria will display in the search results. You may then select and access the order as normal.
