Pricing Update Tool Follow

We've introduced a new Pricing Update Tool that allows administrators to update Standard Service Base Prices in bulk using either percentage-based or flat-amount adjustments, eliminating the need to update Standard Service pricing individually. This enhancement makes pricing updates faster, more consistent, and easier to manage while ensuring all changes are validated for accuracy. 

Note: This release supports Standard Services only. Support for Template pricing updates will be included in a future release.

To access the Pricing Update Tool:

  1. Click the Admin gear icon.
  2. Select Pricing Update from the navigation menu on the left.

 

Within the Pricing Update Tool, you can Update all Standard Service base prices using either a percentage adjustment or a flat dollar amount adjustment.

If you would like the update to apply to Standard Services associated with Print and Wide Format Templates, select the corresponding checkbox.

Next, enter the Adjustment Value. For example, entering 5% will increase all Standard Service base prices by 5%.

Once you click the green Update All Pricing button, the system will apply the adjustment to all eligible Standard Services.

At the bottom of the screen, the Last Updates section provides an audit history of pricing updates. Each entry includes:

  • The date and time the update was applied
  • The user who applied the update
  • The amount of the adjustment applied
  • Whether Update Standard Services on Print/WideFormat Templates was selected
  • The number of Standard Services that were adjusted
  • The number of Template Lines that were adjusted

This audit trail allows administrators to review when pricing updates were made, who made the changes, and the scope of each update.
