Add Pagination to Your Onscreen Postage Details Follow
Decrease loading time of the order screen by adding pagination to postage details
Whether you import postage data or otherwise have jobs with numerous postage line items, you may have noticed that the postage tab takes a little longer to load. In Admin, there is a option to add pagination to the postage tab so that you may control how many lines show on screen at a given time and thus also increase the speed of which the overall page renders.
If you’d like to add pagination to your postage tab, you may access Admin by clicking on the gear in the top-right hand corner of Midnight. When the Admin Lists appear, click on Global Settings. Near the center of the screen, within the blue menu, click Estimates/Orders.
Near the bottom of the screen, there is an option for Order Postage Tab Paging. where you determine the number of records you wish to appear on the page at a given time. Type the number of records to enable pagination on the postage tab. Click the green Save button to commit the change to the database. (You may enter a value of 10 - 100.)
When you next access an order that has more postage line item records than what you entered in Admin, you will notice you now have the ability to scroll through the pages instead of having all records on one page. In addition, the tab will load faster. (When adding postage, the pagination option will appear once you enter as many records as you have set in Admin.)
