Most daily maintenance will be quick and seamless, but in cases where longer maintenance or an outage is required, we will communicate properly ahead of time.
We have established a daily maintenance window for Midnight from 3:00 AM to 4:00 AM EST to support this.

- Daily Maintenance Window: This time period allows us to perform routine updates and maintenance tasks. Please note that while this window is reserved for maintenance, it does not necessarily mean the system will be unavailable every day. Most maintenance tasks are completed within a few minutes, minimizing potential disruption.
- Security, Performance, and Stability: Many of the maintenance tasks during this window will address security, system performance, and overall stability improvements.
- Planned Outages Outside of the Maintenance Window: If a system outage is required outside of the daily window, we will notify you and other relevant stakeholders at your company in advance, providing details about the timing and duration of the outage.
- Major Releases: In addition to daily maintenance, we schedule six major Midnight releases yearly. These releases may involve more significant updates, and we will communicate with you in advance through dedicated messaging to ensure you are informed about these updates.
