Setting up the Home Page Production Report Quick Link for Your Team
You might have noticed that under the Quick Links on the Home page, there is an option for Production Report. You are able to set the preferred report for that Quick Link within each user’s employee record. By setting this up, each member of your team can more efficiently run the desired production report without having to navigate to the Reports Module. Likewise, this can ensure the team has quick access to their favorite production report as soon as they log in!
To set up the Production Report Quick Link for a user, click on Admin (the gear icon on the top-right hand corner of the screen). Using the Admin List on the left-hand side of the screen, scroll down to Employees. On the screen that opens, select the employee record you wish to update by clicking their name. Select the Quick Links Report tab (located within the blue menu, under the employee's name.) The Report drop-down on the right-hand side of the screen allows you to select from reports under the Production Report grouping. You may assign the report you use for your operations meetings or whichever production report that employee uses the most.
Click Save & Close to complete the change.
The user you updated will now be able to access the report from the home screen by clicking the Quick Link and selecting Production Report.
The report will open in a new window.
(The Quick Link setup is unique to each user’s record and must be set up within the employee record.)
