Recently Visited Option on Search Screens Follow
Quickly accessing recently visited records
Within each module, on the search screens, you may have noticed the arrows on the far-left hand side of your screen to the left of the search results.
When you click on the arrows, a small window opens up that shows you the last records in that module that you have accessed. The “Recently Visited” list is unique to each module and to each user. The data is stored even if you log out and then back in.
Use the Recently Visited function to quickly re-open a record you previously looked at, even if the record does not display within the search results. To select a record you wish to access, click on it to open it.
This feature comes in handy for those time you need to open a record, but you may not quickly recall the number or criteria to locate it or you’d rather a faster way to bring it up again without re-doing your current search.
If you do not wish to access any of the records, you may use the arrows to close the record listing.
Note that the arrows to open the Recently Visited section are always on the far-left of the screen, regardless of how much space the search results take within your screen.
