Sorting Search Results Follow

Sorting lists and search results on screens throughout the system

Midnight’s search screens have so many options and abilities, it can be easy to miss some of the features.  When on any of the search screens or while in Admin viewing the different lists, you can click any of the header options to sort the results by that column. 

On search screens, click the black text for the header you wish use for the sort.

On Admin and other screens, click the white text within the header option to sort by that column.

After you click to sort the data, you will see a little arrow to the right of the label showing the direction of the sort.

With each click, the data will re-sort by that column in ascending and then in descending order.  This feature also exists on search screens as well as other pages in Midnight (such as the versions tab within orders and the estimates and orders display tabs within CRM). 

Know that you may use this feature to help you locate the data you are trying to find that much more quickly!
