Minimum device requirements when using the Inventory App with Midnight

The Midnight Inventory app allows your warehouse team to process inventory transactions in real-time so that the system is always up-to-date and your warehouse team has the freedom to record information as they process them rather than risk the issues with after-the-fact data entry.  The Midnight application runs only within the apple iOS system which means you will need an iPhone or an iPad to run the app.  Luckily, using the inventory app does not require purchase of brand new devices as it works on systems running versions as old as iOS 9.0 which means that you can currently acquire devices as old as iPhone 5 and the devices will be able to run the app. 

Be aware that your warehouse and storage areas will need working Wi-Fi for the devices to connect, but no other physical requirements are needed to use the application.

The application can be downloaded from the apple store (search for “Midnight Inventory”), but your database must have the inventory application turned on to use it.  If you need help with setting up or using the inventory app, our support team is happy to assist!
