Re-Launch a Service Wizard Follow

How to update your wizard selections

After copying an estimate or order or as a job progresses through the shop, the species for a particular line item might change. Rather than delete the service, you can re-launch the wizard to update the line item with the proper specs and pricing. To relaunch a wizard, click on the magnifying glass on the right hand side of the line item you wish to update. (This can be performed within estimates or orders.)

Clicking the magnifying glass opens the Service Details screen.  Once it opens, click the magic wand icon to launch the wizard.

The first wizard question will pop up and you may select each wizard answer as appropriate for the line item.

Once you have answered all of the questions, click the Save& Close button to update the record.  Note that this process will remove your previous selections and only your newly selected answers will be reflected with the line item.
